We ship to all countries in the world. Customers are responsible for any duties and custom charges levied by your country. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours provided payment has been received. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours, you will be contacted by email or phone. Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your package to arrive before inquiring about the status of your order. If your shipment is overdue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Unless otherwise specified, True Canadian Health Products Inc. ships by Canada Post. If your order is of an urgent matter, we will accommodate any special shipping requests. The shipping costs will be adjusted on a case by case basis, to reflect the increase in shipping expense.
All return requests must be received by email at email@example.com . Please note that returns are not permissible after 15 days from the date of receiving the products. Refunds will be subject to an automatic 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that all parcels not accepted and sent back "return to sender" will automatically be charged shipping charges(to the sender and back to the company) with a 20% restocking fee.
Returned products must be in original packaging and product seals in tact. It is recommended that products being returned are insured using a traceable shipping method(with a tracking number) with USPS only as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit. We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred by you to return unused products to True Canadian Health Products Inc.
A refund will not be granted if a parcel is returned to True Canadian Health Products Inc. due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser or due to the parcel being unclaimed or refused by the recipient.
